EXHIBITION: present your project! The Exhibition in briefThe various stakeholders in the .eld of Sustainable Urban Development will have an opportunity to present their innovative solutions in the Exhibition, over three days. Reservation of stands All proposals should be made using the Application Form on the right side of this page. All proposals will be submitted to the S-DEV Ethics Committee for validation. The public The public will consist of all visitors interested in the Exhibition (and Workshops), in particular people responsible for Sustainable Development from regional and foreign municipalities, and of the Conference delegates. Each exhibitor will receive 100 free entry vouchers per stand reserved, providing entrance to the Exhibition and the Workshops (entrance fee to Exhibition/Workshops : € 15.- per day), for the bene.t of his guests, for distribution to customers, members, students, etc. A badge ensuring access to the Conference, bearing the name of the stand, valid for the three days of the conference will be provided free of charge for each stand reserved (value € 780.-). One badge per single stand, 2 badges for stands with more than one exhibitor, 4 badges for a pavilion of at least 50 m2. Composition Hall 4 of GENEVA PALEXPO will be set up to contain approximately one hundred stands, comprising some thirty regional and international enterprises, twenty institutions (federal, cantonal, municipal, international agencies, NGOs, Swiss and foreign cities, civil society) and academic bodies, and .fty representatives of the “South” subsidized by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Bern. Cost of space and modular stand designs available The rental cost of the “raw” space is € 150.- per m2, with a minimum of 9 m2 per stand. It will also be possible to provide stands showcasing a co-exhibitor (additional registration fee of € 500.-) and pavilions starting at 50 m2 (no additional registration fee). With regards to the construction of the stand itself, several variants are available:
