The City of Geneva is a city open to the world, being home of approximately 20 international organisations such as the United Nations (UN), the World Health Organisation (WHO) and hundreds of Non Governmental Organisations (NGO's).



GENEVA PALEXPO
S-DEV Geneva takes place on an annual basis at GENEVA PALEXPO - the largest centre for national and international exhibitions in the region - situated just 10 minutes from the city centre of Geneva and adjacent to the airport.

The conference and events centre offers more than 100'000 m2 of space and has previously staged similar events to S-DEV Geneva, such as the World Summit on the Information Society, the ICT4D Platform, Aid and Trade and the Forum R' (Recycling).

How to arrive to GENEVA PALEXPO

By bus:
From Geneva railway station: Take bus no. 5 (every 8 minutes), direction "PALEXPO". The final station is your destination: PALEXPO

By train:
From Zürich, Bern or Basel: Take a train in the direction of Geneva (every 30 min) and disembark at Geneva Airport station. Geneva Airport station is located right next to GENEVA PALEXPO. S-DEV Geneva 05 will be sign posted from there on. Please see http://www.sbb.ch for a detailed time schedule of trains and buses. International trains also link all of Europe to Geneva

By airplane:
Geneva Airport is located right next to GENEVA PALEXPO and is served by 100 international non-stop flights

By car:
     From Zürich/Bern/Basel: highway A1
     From Chamonix (and Milan/Turin) Highway A40
     From Lyons or Grenoble A43/A41
     From Paris A6/A40
     Exits E62 or E25. Parking lots for GENEVA PALEXPO will be
     indicated
